What can students expect from your classes?
Students can expect a fluid, grounded and dynamic asana practice where both beginners and advanced students can receive a whole body yoga experience.
About Me
I am a yoga, mindfulness, and meditation teacher – a mother, writer, dancer, ceremonialist, and spiritual coach. I am deeply passionate about weaving the art of mindfulness, creativity, mind-body practices and earth-centric rituals into my life and my work. I have been studying yoga for thirty years and teaching locally and abroad for the past two decades. My teaching affirmation is “come as you are” and for every student to feel connected and nourished through my yoga sessions. I run international yoga retreats, corporate leadership programs and online coaching and personal development courses. I am the author of “Ritual As Remedy: Embodied Practices for Soul Care, and “Sage, Huntress, Lover, Queen: Access Your Power and Creativity through Sacred Female Archetypes.” She is also a regular contributor for Spirituality and Health, and Wanderlust.
